My Daily Diet - Lunch - September 01, 2009

Lettuce, tomatoes, buffalo cheese, sun dried tomatoes, kani-kama ( the pink and white bar on the left of the plate. It's a Japanese food made from crab. It's delicious! ), grilled fish, rice and beans.
I am trying to improve my english knowledge. You can help me correcting mistakes in this post.
