My Daily Diet - August 26, 2009

Breakfast

I know diet coke is not healthy, but it is an old habit. The bread is with buffalo butter. It is healthier than normal butter and has fewer calories too.

Lunch
Grilled fish with brawn and roast meat. Rice, tomatoes, cheese, carrots and lettuce complete the meal.

Dinner
A salad with lettuce, tomatoes and other green stuffs. Sorry Doc, but I ate half of it.

The main dish with some cooked meat, rice and cooked cassava.
I am trying to improve my english knowledge. You can help me correcting mistakes in this post.
