Diet Plan Progress - 1st check

Every monday I weigh myself to checking the progress of the my diet plan. I am weighing 306 pounds (138,6 kg ) a reduction of 7,93 pounds (3,6 kg) in a week. My BMI decreased of 43,95 to 42,84.

I am writing this post almost a week after weighing myself. So, I know I will not able to reproduce this amazing sucess, but I still having good expectations.
I am trying to improve my english knowledge. You can help me correcting mistakes in this post.
